additional lab notes: this is second crop we’ve received from finca la labor. robust, roasty flavor with dark chocolate and a pleasant earthiness without tasting bitter or burnt. hints of lemon can be smelled in the brewed cup and becomes more pronounced in both scent and taste as an espresso.
