The Gochujang Sourdough is of the most flavorful loaves of bread that I have ever tasted. Emerald, one of our crew members who has a unique heritage of Korean/German conceptualized this flavor set back in the summer. Gochujang is a Korean Fermented Sweet Red Pepper, made into a paste. We pair that with roasted garlic and green onion embedded into the layers of every slice of sourdough.
