We do not include any preservatives in our treats to extend shelf life. Since all treats are fresh-baked to order, I always recommend that your treats are stored in an air-tight container and left in a cool, dark place.
Our jerky is dehydrated for 12+ hours for hours which should result for shelf life of 30 days (depending on climate & storage).
You can place all jerky in the refrigerator to extend shelf life as well!
