I started off doing my business part time selling salsa and hot sauce at Uptown Farmer's Market. It turned into a full time business providing vegan Mexican comfort food.

My brother's family is vegan so I started cooking for them to make sure they enjoyed all of our traditional dishes. My brother suggested I add them to my menu. I started to get a following of vegan and non vegan customers. My business went all vegan about a year ago. We have since won an award for the red chile jackfruit tamales (People's Choice at the ASU Prepped Showcase) and a few write ups in the Phx New Times for the tamales and our pozole this past February. I try and keep the menu fresh so I change up the menu and have new additions when possible.
