Pasta by Bryan Suarez

Bryan makes pasta the old fashioned way, completely by hand. He uses Type 00 flour for his pastas, and makes them with total expertise. Eating this pasta is like having pasta from one of the finest restaurants in town. In fact, Bryan was making these during his time at Restaurant Progress. He is in the process of opening his own pasta shop right now. Back in the day, Bryan was one of the bakers for Proof Bread during the early days in the residential garage.
