Baked Chemistry

Baked Chemistry launched on January 29, 2016 six years after finding out that owner and Head Chemist, Emtesha’s daughter, Layla was diagnosed with severe nut allergies. Due to the lack of allergy friendly baked goods available in grocery stores and surrounding bakeries. Emtesha took her love for Chemistry  and baking and  began creating her own  line of allergy friendly baked goods.  Emtesha believes that being an allergy friendly brand brings a different type of awareness. It says that we are mindful, committed, and we care. Baked Chemistry isn’t just about keeping our customers safe but creating new experiences with your favorite cookie or dessert.  On January 15, 2018 Emtesha launched Baked Chemistry’s Take and Bake  cookie dough and cinnamon roll flavors which are also available  locally at Danzeisen Dairy’s Creamery Stores in Laveen and Payson and their Home Delivery service. On October 26, 2018 Emtesha took a big leap of faith and walked away from her corporate job to focus solely on building the Baked Chemistry brand.
